Social Responsibility

Dadas could have not grown without the many unemployed people who were looking jobs. In its first outlet, Dadas posted vacancies in the outlet and to the surprise of the owner, many applicants submitted their bio-data. As such the owner decided to expand the business to generate employment for out-of-school youth. Dadas specifically welcomes those who are interested in working at night and going to school daytime. Thus, the owner’s statement:

“We also want to provide work for out-of-school people to prevent them from illegal drugs and for them to continue their education and at the same time feed their families”.

In the near future, the owner also plans to offer scholars to residents of barangays where outlets are located. In this way, the Company will be able to return back to the community the benefits it has given to Dadas. Scholar will be made to high school students through the SJC Educations System. Aside from the free tuition fees, the scholar will also receive monthly transportation and meal allowances.

Plan and Prospect for Growth

Dadas plans to expand the business to cover the whole Metro Manila in five-years (5) years time. The owner plans to franchise it to interested businessmen in due time.
